Do I have to pay to use iReachm?

Yes, iReachm is a paying service. You can enjoy a free trial period, so you can test it out. Interested? Just download the iReachm app! At the end of the trial period you can choose to become a customer.

What is the duration of a contract?

Unless expressly stipulated otherwise in writing, the agreements are closed for a period of 12 months. This term will be tacitly renewed, unless it is canceled by one of the parties via registered, at least 3 months before the due date. Users have the possibility to try the iReachm services during a free trial. At the end of this period, the user can opt not to continue the collaboration. He/she is responsible for stopping the call forwarding to iReachm.

How can I cancel my contract?

A contract with iReachm lasts for 12 months (unless otherwise stated and confirmed in writing). The contract will be tacitly renewed, unless you give notice of termination by registered letter at least 3 months before the expiry date. If you give your notice in time, the contract will not be renewed after 12 months. All you have to do afterwards is deactivate the call forwarding from your device by calling the number ##002#.
